These Terms of Use govern your use of creditdesk.com and related pages operated by ARH Development LLC DBA Credit Desk (“Credit Desk”). By using the site you agree to these terms. Client services are governed by the separate service agreement you sign.
Informational content
Site content and chat assistant answers are general information about business credit. They are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and are not an offer of credit. Credit Desk is not a lender, bank or credit bureau.
No guarantee of results
Results vary by business. We do not guarantee any specific score, score change, credit limit, approval, removal of information or timeline. Only inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable information can be corrected or removed.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant is automated and may make mistakes. Do not rely on it for decisions without confirming with a Credit Desk specialist. Do not submit sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account numbers or passwords.
Accounts
Client and partner logins are provided through the Credit Desk platform. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Partners
Referral partner participation is governed by a separate partner agreement.
Intellectual property
The site, platform, content and methods are owned by Credit Desk and protected by law. You may not copy, scrape or reverse engineer them.
Trademarks
Credit bureau names and scores are trademarks of their respective owners. Credit Desk is not affiliated with or endorsed by any credit bureau.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. The site is provided “as is.”
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
