Helping small businesses get funding ready
Alan Hayon is the Founder and CEO of Credit Desk, a business credit services and business credit monitoring company. He built Credit Desk around one idea: business owners deserve to see what lenders see before they apply, and to have someone in their corner who fixes what is wrong.
That is the part of the work Alan loves most. Sitting with an owner who is growing and getting ready for the next round, finding what could hold them back, and walking them step by step to a file a lender can say yes to. To Alan, a strong business should never get smaller offers because of an old address or a name that does not match. Those problems are fixable, and fixing them is what Credit Desk does.
From mortgage originator to business credit
Alan started in lending as a top producing mortgage originator. He worked with a great many borrowers and kept seeing the same thing: good people and strong businesses held back by credit files that did not tell the right story. A payment reported late that was not late. A lien that had already been paid. Company details that no longer matched.
He saw that most owners never knew these problems existed until a lender found them. So he founded Credit Desk to find them first, fix them, and keep watching the file so they do not come back.
Business Credit Concierge
Alan also built the Credit Desk Business Credit Concierge, a hands on service that works with funding companies and their business clients. When a business is not quite ready for the funding it wants, the concierge team reviews the file, finds the mismatches and gaps, and builds a plan to get it funding ready.
