This Privacy Policy explains how ARH Development LLC DBA Credit Desk (“Credit Desk,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit creditdesk.com, use our chat assistant, or use the Credit Desk platform.

Information we collect

Information you give us, such as your name, business name, email, phone number and the details you share in forms or chat. If you become a client, information needed to provide services, including business credit reports, business registration details, signed agreements and payment enrollment details. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies or similar technologies, including analytics tools if enabled.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and provide a free review; to provide, operate and improve our services and platform; to communicate with you about your file; to process payments; to prevent fraud and secure our systems; and to comply with law.

Automated processing

Our chat assistant and platform use third-party automated technology services to generate answers and analyze business credit reports. Information you submit may be processed by these providers on our behalf under their terms. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account numbers or passwords in chat.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting, e-signature, payments, email and automated technology providers), with a referring partner when you were referred by one and to the extent needed to report status of the engagement, with credit bureaus and data furnishers when you authorize us to request corrections, and when required by law.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption in transit, encrypt sensitive bank details at rest and limit access to authorized personnel. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing emails at any time, by contacting us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state law.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
